I've been using scutoid.top, and I recently bought scutoid.dev I want to replace scutoid.top with scutoid.dev for my heliohost plan but I also need verification codes for everything so I can switch them over to scutoid.dev

Do you want me to just make this an addon domain for you?

To change the main domain you'd need to remove all of your subdomains (which deletes their content), and the entire .top domain will drop dead anyway when I remove it (because the DNS zone will get deleted).
