Unfortunately you are right, I didn't read your terms and I created two accounts.

I already deleted the 2nd account, regarding jpjforuns@gmail.com.
Is it possible to maintain my 1st account jpjoaquim@gmail.com?

Sure. The pending suspension for the first account has been cancelled. It looks like you deleted the second one already so no action is needed there.
