Need help investigation on download speedof file from vps to pc

Dear Support Team,

I am currently using VPS133 and have encountered an issue with the download speed from my VPS.

When downloading a 3.6 GB compressed file from the VPS to my PC, the download speed is only around 62-130 KB/s, resulting in a very long transfer time. I usually perform these downloads at approximately 8:00 PM. Thailand

Could you please investigate whether there are any bandwidth limitations, network issues, or server-side settings that may be affecting the download speed? I would appreciate any recommendations or assistance in improving the transfer speed.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your response.

Kind regards,

Chakkrapong

Krydos can investigate this further but i assume another VPS on the server is swapping as your VPS is having to read the file to upload it to your PC.
