Enable nested virtualization (VT-x passthrough) on my VPS

Hi — I'd like to run an isolated KVM guest on my VPS (IP 64.71.153.12, hostname panel.mikvah.uk). Nested virtualization currently appears disabled: the guest doesn't see the vmx CPU flag, /dev/kvm is absent, and modprobe kvm_intel fails with Operation not supported (dmesg: "kvm_intel: VMX not supported by CPU"). The host CPU is an Intel Xeon E5-2660, which supports VT-x.

Our servers do look like they should support this...we've never had anyone ask before though. Escalating so the VPS team can look at it.
