Hi troops. I've just recently upgraded to 4TB of space and I would really like to just start my whole site over and start from scratch now that I've wet my feet with the interface etc.

Hello! The storage size on your account is 4GB, not TB. We only offer upgrades up to 7GB (7000 MB) maximum, nothing as high as TBs.

I've reset your account as requested. You should receive an email shortly so you can take the next steps to recreate it.
