Our website does not currently allow you to do a one-time buy on a VPS (or turn off future renewals on an existing one) without just cancelling the service entirely, but Krydos may be able to manually cancel the auto-renew on our side without deleting the VPS for you. Adding a button to cancel auto-renew on a VPS without actually cancelling the VPS itself would be a good addition... Escalating to see if auto-renew can be turned off for VPS34 without cancelling the VPS. Quote
