[Solved] Please help me fix my account, and if possible, restore the data.

Dear manager:

Because during Johnny's previous outage, my user was deleted, I rebuilt it today, and only yaner.helioho.st was restored.

However, my original two projects gwxy.helioho.st and scorn.helioho.st can no longer be found.

Please help me restore them, and it would be even better if all the original data could be restored directly.

I added the domains back, it can take up to 2 hours for them to start working again. A root admin can assist you with recovering the data. The rebuild got a fresh OS and install of Plesk so everything on the previous version did not move over.

The backup you downloaded is a full backup from 2024-07-25. I have removed the old backup and added a partial backup from 2026-05-09 when the Johnny server was powered off. To download the new backup just go to https://heliohost.org/backup and request a new link. After downloading the new backup let us know if you're still missing anything.
