We tried logging in with the correct account credentials, but the panel does not let us in. Could someone please check if there is an issue with our account or the Johnny server’s Plesk access? It is highly advised to login using the link above instead of the plesk login page, logging in from the heliohost.org homepage ensures that your account doesn't get marked for inactivity and it will also tell you recent news such as the server being rebuilt. The good news is Johnny was rebuilt and is now available again. You can recreate the lost account at https://heliohost.org/status/ by entering your username. Once the account sets up, you'll need to re-request your domains and restore a backup of your data. Quote
