[Solved] Failed to access my MySql database from Render (started on Apr 13 around 10pm EST)

Hi,

Starting Apr 13 around 10pm EST, accessing my MySQL db (Johnny) from Render was TIMEDOUT with an exception: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT at PromisePool.query (/opt/render/project/src/node_modules/mysql2/promise.js:356:22)

If I access from my home, I have no issue!

Is there some sort of blacklist blocking the access?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Additional Info:

I made a change in my site at Render to point to another MySQL database instance and it worked fine.

So, somehow, Heliohost is blocking the access from Render!

The firewall probably blocked it. Do you know what IP address the connection comes from?

The outbound IP are

74.220.50.0/24

74.220.58.0/24

There was one IP address blocked in these ranges. It has been unblocked, can you try it again now?

If it still doesn't work, I'll have Krydos take a look.
