Java / JSP is not currently available on the shared hosting accounts. Although it is on the roadmap, there is no estimated timeframe as to when Java may be offered. You can read more about ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA

There was a fundraiser last year, and for donations of USD $35 or more, donors were able to sign up to be beta testers on the new server that will have Java once it's ready. I have asked in the Staff channel if this would still be open to you, in case that'd be another option for you. We'll update this thread if we can still take donations from Java beta testers.
