We have discussed this matter twice previously, and I explained to you that one account belongs to my father and the other is mine. If you wish to cancel one of the accounts, please cancel the one associated with the user "luisgalvan."
I do not want this to turn into a monthly conversation.

There are actually 3 accounts associated with you this time (two of which are the luisgalvan and backupchiquipoli accounts you've been allowed to keep already).

Did you or someone you know create a third account without contacting support for permission? Also, did you at any point use a VPN to access your accounts?

Yes, I believe so. She is a friend of my son's. You can cancel her account, as she won't be using it. If you like, I can tell her to cancel it herself.
