Hi, I am trying to use plugins like GoSMTP and WP Mail SMTP, with both the test sending message says that it went well, however they do not reach the destination.
WP Mail SMTP gave me this message:
Domain Check Results
error icon
spf
Action Needed: It doesn't look like the SPF record required by your SMTP server has been added to your domain. Please contact your SMTP server provider for details on how to find the SPF record, and how to add this record to your domain's DNS.

warning icon
dmarc
Action Recommended: It doesn't look like DMARC has been set up on your domain (chiquipolis.com). We recommend using the DMARC protocol because it helps protect your domain from unauthorized use. Please check out this step-by-step guide for details on how to add the DMARC record to your domain's DNS.

and doing a test with mxtoolbox.com, it answers me: No DMARC Record found

DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domains chiquipolis.com and backupchiquipoli.helioho.st. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

The missing 0.5 is because you sent a really short message and used HTML formatting without proper tags (this is probably a mail client issue, a real message in plain text would've passed the tests that caused the 0.5 to be taken off). You should be good.
