[Solved] Suspicious files / folders in the root

Hi, 
I noticed those folders appeared as of yesterday 10PM. added by root See below.
Would be able to help to identify the nature of those files, and whatever they should be there?

Those usually get created when scheduled tasks are used to allow for common system commands to work.

Did you set up a scheduled task around that time yesterday?

Hi, thanks, yes, I did set it up a while ago and manually ran I yesterday at that time .
OK, nothing to worry about then , I just didn't notice it before somehow.
