Hello,

I recently upgraded to Morty to improve my website performance and to future-proof a bit. When I try to send outgoing email - I get a message "The mail limit has been reached."

I found the subscription for my account and apparently the limit is set to 0? On my domains I can set the limit to 50 messages per hour, and on mailboxes 10...so I am just wondering if 0 as the limit on my subscription was intentional or a bug.

Thanks in advance!

A subscription limit of 0 means you've been blocked from sending email. Users are limited to a maximum of 50 emails per day. Your account sent 73 back on October 25 and lost its ability to send email as a result. Note that for our accounts, we count by recipient so a single email sent to 2 people will count as 2 emails.

I've gone ahead and reset it for you. You should be able to send email again shortly.
