Tommy plan with 1000MB

Good morning, yesterday I upgraded my plan to Tommy with 6000MB (at least that's what it said when I paid the $2), but it has remained as Tommy at 1000MB.

The only purchase we see in our system is a single $2 payment to move an existing Johnny account to Tommy. The $2 tommy upgrade does not include a space increase.

If you purchased a space upgrade as well, please provide the transaction number of the purchase and we can research. The charge should be for $25 and would be separate from the move to Tommy charge.
