[Solved] Suspended: raqbul

Hello,

My account was suspended:

• Username: raqbul
• Server: johnny
• Domain: bulnesabogada.es.eu.org

Yesterday, I upload a backup of my old site (an instance of Wordpress) to extract some content, but every time I tried to access it, I got an 504 error.

Today I try again, but got a message about suspended account by a high load. So I think the yesterday's 504 error was due to this and the backup could have been compromised and hacked.

Could you please unsuspend my account?

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. If the high load is simply because your site is getting a lot of traffic, you might want to consider purchasing a VPS instead. VPS hosting gives you an entire virtual server to yourself, including no load limits, a dedicated IP address, and full root access.

The site is a personal blog which doesn't get many visits... so the problem was due to the backup I uploaded yesterday.

I've been hosting my personal blog with you for a long time (I think about 10 years now), and the performance problems started appearing with the latest WordPress updates. I'll try to find other alternatives to WordPress.
