Hello, i have tried upgrading my VPS and after refreshing the page after a hour, it showed the "Transaction Failed" error, saying that i should message here to get help

My subscription id is "I-VJKAMS03EDC5"

I'll escalate this to Krydos but it looks like the payment did indeed go through despite the error and i upgraded the VPS as requested.

Yeah, everything looks good on our end. The new subscription was created, and it should start billing in 11 days after your existing balance is used up.
