I've installed WordPress on my domain https://ajira.org.uk/, but the site is not working. Please check this from your end and let me know what the issue is. If needed, you can delete the previous WordPress installation and install a new one to fix it. Please make sure WordPress is installed properly and fix the site as soon as possible.

The domain ajira.org.uk is not configured properly at the registrar. Specifically, it has no A records set: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=ajira.org.uk&rec=A

You need to either create A records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk, or set the domain's name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.
