[Solved] I can't connect to my email

I am using Tommy account on Heliohost. Just yesterday, I got an email that my account has been deactivated due to inactivity, so I reactivated it the same day. However, the next day (today), I checked my main email: mail@bochard.net but I found that it wasn't connected. I tried to reconnect but it won't do, I am very sure that the password is right, though. I test to login using my other email account under bochard.net but it worked. It's weird that on mail@bochard.net it won't connect, and the email says connection refused.

Would it be possible that there is some bug arised at the time I reactivated my account?

Getting suspended can cause weird issues like this on occasion. That log is basically "username or password is incorrect".

Try changing the mailbox password in Plesk.

Thank you @wolstech! Changing the password worked. It probably just a weird bug.
