Just yesterday, I got an email that my account has been deactivated due to inactivity, so I reactivated it the same day. However, the next day (today), I checked my main email: mail@bochard.net but I found that it wasn't connected. I tried to reconnect but it won't do, I am very sure that the password is right, though. I test to login using my other email account under bochard.net but it worked. It's weird that on mail@bochard.net it won't connect, and the email says connection refused. wolstech Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Getting suspended can cause weird issues like this on occasion. That log is basically "username or password is incorrect". Try changing the mailbox password in Plesk. 1 Quote
