SSL/TLS Certificates

Hello.

The SSL/TLS certificates for the domain elearning.minutice.helioho.st are not all secure, preventing access via Webmail and IMAP. When attempting to reissue the certificate, it indicates that this is not possible because the nameservers have not been specified.

The same applies to minutice.helioho.st. Can you assist?

Should be fixed for the minutice and costajca domains but may take 2 hours to take effect. For mail, the officially supported solution is to use morty.heliohost.org as the IMAP and SMTP host names.

There is no webmail or mail subdomain under the elearning domain (fourth level domains don't have these), so you won't be able to get a certificate for those.

Wildcard certificates are not supported on our service.
