[Solved] Request to change main domain to alrivaya.com (Johnny)

Hello HelioHost Team,

I would like to request changing my main domain to:

alrivaya.com

Server: @enigmamarketing.helioho.st

The domain is on namecheap already pointed to HelioHost nameservers:
ns1.heliohost.org
ns2.heliohost.org

I previously had a test website on this johnny account, but all files and the database have been completely deleted.
There is currently no active website on the account.

Hi, its suspended due to 4G internet using same public IP, can you fix this. I have access to only 4g access here
