kevingor Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago a. username: kg b. i think its in https://tommy.heliohost.org c. main domain: gorisnic.com.ar I wasn't aware it was suspended, probably was testing something about WordPress some time ago. Removing it would be the best. I'm happy enough with the WordPress thing, use it mostly to keep my old websites as portfolio and my personal mail alive. If I would remove it my self would be great, but its now showing any options to manage my files now. Let me know if there is anything else you need. Quote
MoneyBroz Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account: You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage. Quote
Krydos Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Since your account was transferred from cPanel I recommend doing the reset option 3 from above. These ancient accounts tend to have a lot of issues and strange bugs anyways compared to accounts that were created directly on Plesk. I went ahead and created a full backup for you which you can download from https://heliohost.org/backup You can read the instructions for extracting the backup at https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups Let us know when you're ready to proceed with the reset, or what you'd like to do.
