Hoping you're doing well, my id with Ahmed.imam.hashmi@gmail.com didn't receive confirmation email and when I tried again I lost the window, it went through the sign up process and everything, but now it's back to square one, and when I tried to forget password it says signup first...

Please please help me.

There's no indication on our side that you ever attempted to sign up for anything, let alone finished and actually had an account created. What were you trying to sign up for, a Johnny account?
