You can bypass the upload size by manually uploading the file through the plesk file manager. Are you trying to upload a Wordpress plugin?

You can accomplish this by uploading and extracting the plugin in /wp-content/plugins folder. and once you go to the plugins section of the WordPress dashboard, it should appear there ready for you to activate it.

Domain removed. since removing a domain sometimes deletes the files associated with it, you can download a backup of your account before the removal at https://heliohost.org/backup

Upload max size and post max size have been increased to 32MB for your account. The changes can take up to 2 hours to become effective.
