I am writing to request assistance regarding the suspension of my account associated with the domain guruji.helioho.st. I sincerely apologize for the mistake I made. I created two separate accounts without realizing that the HelioHost terms allow only one Johnny/Tommy account per person. This was an honest oversight on my part, as I had not fully read the terms at the time of registration. I kindly request that you please reactivate my original account (guruji.helioho.st) and allow me to continue using it. I take full responsibility for the misunderstanding and assure you that I will follow all HelioHost rules moving forward. I have no intention of creating multiple accounts again. If possible, you may permanently delete or close the second account (vip.helioho.st) so that I remain compliant with your policy. Thank you very much for your time, understanding, and support. If you want to have more than one website, you can have 10 separate domains on the same account. Do you want me to merge the domain from the other account into the one you kept so you can have both websites on one account? Quote
