What i need to do if any?

Do you want this to replace the existing free domain we provide, or do you want this as an extra domain?

To actually point the domain here, once we add it you'll need to set your name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohsot.org, or add A and AAAA records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk.
