Hello, my account seems to have been suspended due to Over Usage Policy,

I cannot delete my site backups and am not sure how I am supposed to unblock myself?

Your account was suspended because you exceeded your storage limit. You have 3 options to regain access to your account:

1. You are able to regain access to your account immediately without waiting for an admin by increasing your account's storage space. This storage space upgrade is good for the life of the account, and has no monthly cost.
2. Tell us which files you would like deleted and an admin can delete them for you to get you back under your current storage limit. If you're not sure which files are taking up all of your space an admin can provide a detailed storage space usage report for you.
3. We can also reset your account for you which deletes all files, deletes all settings, and restores your account back to the default state with 0 MB of storage usage.

You had several backups taking up a total of about 741 MB of space. I deleted those for you. If you have some scheduled backups you may want to disable those, or script them so they send the backup somewhere external because any undeleted backups count towards your 1000 MB limit. If 1000 MB isn't enough you can increase the storage space yourself with the link MoneyBroz posted. Are you able to login now?

Hello all! 

Thanks so much, I am glad you deleted the backups as I was suspecting those of being the culprits.

I will try and optimise the backups and will also consider buying more space close into the future. Thanks!
