My web page will not open - error message: "This site can’t provide a secure connection"

When I try to open my Hellio web site, https://wapps.helioho.st/httpdocs/home.html, I get the following message: 

This site can’t provide a secure connection
wapps.helioho.st sent an invalid response.

Try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Works for me, try clearing your browser cache.

I did try clearing all History, including casche.

Your screen shot show: "{"error": "Endpoint not found"}

The web page should display:  see attached

Why is this not being displayed?

The site works properly for me in Chrome on my PC. Not sure what was wrong with MB's phone...
