Mail not working [URGENT]

I created an email hello@mindverge.in but the webmail is not working. I added webmail.mindverge.in as A record in Cloudflare. I also tried using the mail client setup but both POP3 and IMAP not working

Did you turn the webmail on? Webmail is off by default, and takes two hours to work once you enable it in Plesk.

For IMAP, you need to use tommy.heliohost.org as the mail server (not your domain name).

Thank you. I can send email to gmail but I cannot receive any emails from gmail?

You need an MX record with the value pointed to tommy.heliohost.org to receive email. Did you create an MX record?

I added the record: tommy.heliohost.org with priority 10 as MX entry for my domain.

What error do you get when you try to send email to your domain?

Everything is working now! I can send and receive emails but my sent emails are landing in spam folder of gmail, any idea please?

Also, how can I change the roundcube email icon?  I want to whitelabel webmail.my-domain.com

The roundcube icon cannot be changed (every user on the server shares the same instance of roundcube). You'd need to install your own copy on your account instead of using the provided one if you want to do that.

As for the spam folder, make sure you set up SPF and DKIM if you haven't done so already. For the SPF record, create a TXT record. Name should either be blank (if allowed) or the name of your domain if not. Value should be "v=spf1 include:tommy.heliohost.org ~all". For DKIM, you can turn it on in Plesk, apply it, and then click the (?) next to it to see the records to create. Once those are set up, its just a matter of domain reputation. Gmail will start trusting mail on its own in time assuming you don't send spam. Choosing "Not Spam" on the messages will help  Gmail learn to put them in the inbox.

Also, be aware hosting accounts have a max sending limit of 50 messages per day to prevent bulk email from being sent. If you need this increased, let us know and we can assist with that (that process will require sample emails as well as answers to some questions about what you'll be sending, how you handle complaints, and why it's not spam). Note that we recommend you do not resell or otherwise let the general public use email on your domain. If we receive an abuse report for mail from your domain, you will be subject to suspension.

Am I allowed to install roundcube on my own domain? I'd prefer to have it at mail.my-domain.com and white label it.

I believe you can install it from Softaculous, and you can always install it by uploading it if not. Do you want me to create a subdomain on your account?

The "webmail" subdomain is reserved by the system, but "mail" should be available if you want it.

please create the sub-domain email so I have email.my-domain.com. Can you please tell me what to use for smtp and imap host?

Added. You'll need to create an A record for it pointed to the IP address is shown in Plesk in order for it to work. It can take up to 2 hours to function.

For SMTP and IMAP, use tommy.heliohost.org.
