reset account [Solved] reset suspended account with path direction

Dear Sir,

My username is: argoma , i'm begineer on website management experience .I would like to reset my account since I lost access because I exceeded the 1000MB limit. I think it happened because I didn’t consider that laravel unzip need more space. I tried to access via FTP to delete unnecessary files, but the account is blocked. So, with no other option, please delete everything and I will start over. I'd also like to change the domain's document root from /httpdocs/public to /httpdocs (if possible)

The document root by default for domains is already httpdocs so it wouldn't have to be changed.
