Hello HelioHost team,

Thank you for your message and for the great work you do providing this service to the community.

I would like to clarify that I have not violated the Terms of Service. I only have one active account and have not created or used any additional accounts, nor have I shared it with anyone else.

It's possible that the alert was triggered due to a shared or public network I recently used to log in (for example, from work or school), which could have caused this misunderstanding.

Please review my case again, as I'm sure I comply with the Terms and do not have more than one account.

The account yolder has been unsuspended. Shared networks will indeed cause this issue. 

It may take a little while to start working again.
