Wordpress manual download

i wanted to download wordpress manually, for that i want a file named public html in my file manager but i cant see it?? How am i supposed to manually install the file in the server than??? I dont want to one-click download cuz it is most of the time bloated with software/plugins

The httpdocs folder is Plesk's equivalent of public_html. You can just put the files in there.
