[Solved] Plesk mobile app error

Hello,

I have installed Plesk mobile app, however whenever I try to access the Mange in Plesk section, it shows me an error: "An invalid SSL certificate. Please cannot be opened by the mobile app". Please see the attached screenshot.

Please suggest the solution for this.

It's probably because you're using the IP address for the server name, causing the common names to not match. You need to use tommy.heliohost.org instead.

yes, after using tommy.heliohost.org in the server name it's working fine now.
