Dear HelioHost Support Team,

I am writing to sincerely apologize for unintentionally violating your Terms of Service by creating multiple accounts. I recognize that I also missed the 24-hour window to address this issue and take full responsibility for my oversight.

I have since thoroughly reviewed the Terms of Service and completely understand the critical importance of the one-account-per-user policy, which is in place to ensure fair resource distribution for all users in the community.

Could you please kindly reinstate my primary account and suspend or delete any other accounts associated with my email address? I would be grateful if you could keep the following account active:

· Username to keep: elogrimhamed3
· Email associated with the account: [elogrimhamed3@gmail.com]

I assure you that I will strictly adhere to all HelioHost rules moving forward and will ensure this does not happen again. Thank you very much for your time and for considering my request.
