My younger brother had been using his free HelioHost account frequently on my computer. Later, when he told me about your service, I decided to try the free account myself before upgrading to a VPS plan. Unfortunately, after I created my account, both of our accounts were blocked. It took me some time to realize that this probably happened because we were both logging in from the same computer and connection. I want to clarify that we are two different people, and I never intended to violate your rules. My only goal was to test the service before moving to a paid plan. I would be very grateful if you could help us restore the accounts or let me know the proper steps to resolve this issue. Thank you very much for your understanding and assistance.
