pizzapizza72 Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago Hi, I was using Plesk and then when I clicked on a folder, it gave me an error: "No such file or directory." Seemingly everything on my account was gone. Then, I went to the official HelioHost website, tried to log in, and it told me "Unable to log in with that username and password." I do not believe I am suspended as it would've specifically told me that. I hope this can be resolved soon because I don't want to lose my work. Regards, pizzapizza72 Quote

In the future, please reply to your topic instead if you no longer need assistance. Also, to clarify the issue, Johnny's MariaDB restarts around this time of day for maintenance, and during the restart, it is impossible to log into your account and Plesk will not function. If you're already logged in, you'll receive database errors or undesired behavior. It resolves in a few minutes on its own when the restart completes. This behavior (while a bit scary) is normal.
