[Solved] Reset Account

Hello, I would like to reset my account since I lost access because I exceeded the 1000MB limit. I think it happened because I didn’t consider that Node would install more files. I tried to access via FTP to delete unnecessary files, but the account is blocked. So, with no other option, please delete everything and I will start over. My username is: wds657.

Your account has been reset. Once the reset finishes, you'll receive an email with a link to set up a fresh account. Your account was well overdue for a reset anyway...it was a legacy cPanel transfer account, so the reset will not only fix your space issue from Node, it will also fix a lot of bugs
