Hi i want to remote Access to my PostgreSQL database

hosting account username: dmarsanz94
database name: dmarsanz94_cutulu
database user name: dmarsanz94_admin

This database is a MariaDB database, not a PostgreSQL database. You can enable remote connections to MariaDB yourself through Plesk. If you truly want to use PostgreSQL you need to create a PostgreSQL database, not a MariaDB one and then let us know the database name and database username you want to have access.
