SMTP / Mail Setup

Hi - Im trying to set up a contact form on a website im creating. I am new to this, so I apologize for the simplistic question!
I need the following info but not sure where to find it - thanks!

  -e SMTP_SERVER=smtp.example.com \
  -e SMTP_PORT=587 \
  -e SMTP_USER=my-smtp-user \
  -e SMTP_PASSWORD=SuperSecretPasswordOrToken \

Server should be morty.heliohost.org, port 465. Username and password should be any email address and password you created in Plesk.

Note that there is a sending limit of 50 emails per day.
