kikass
why dont you use microsoft frontpage its easy to use.
Dragonfire
Dreamweaver is much better. But because you are a beginner I also prefer you to use frontpage. Well, you might actually get a lot of help from this site : http://www.bravenet.com Bravenet has a lot of webtools that help you make websites. But the main ones like forums and guestbooks and php pages, for that I prefer you use HelioHost. It hardly takes time. ENJOY!!!
kikass
yeah and www.geocities.com is very simple to it gives you nice and easy to use website building tools.
Dragonfire
I prefer you make your webpage on geocities using their tools and then save that website to some other host which provides more webspace like www.kylosa.com, www.tripod.com my favourite is Kylosa, it gives 50mb webspace and 20mb file size limit and is very fast
Ashoat
Uhm, guys? Heliohost! 150 megs of webspace and no file size limit.
