I cannot access database from this link:  https://johnny.heliohost.org/phpMyAdmin can you left off the restriction imposed please. I have used the database user name and password correctly i got denied accessing database.

Direct access to phpmyadmin via external link is not supported. You need to launch it from the Databases page within Plesk because Plesk sends additional data to it to tell it what user and databases to display.
