Why was my account deactivated?

I wanted to ask why my account hosting cdnapp.helioho.st was deactivated. I don't know what terms I violated, and if I did so unintentionally, I'm sorry.

That route was associated with Telegram (probably that IP will belong to their servers), I didn't even know that it involved all this traffic. The email address isn't temporary in the sense that it still exists and I can access it. However, I can provide one from an official provider: loremipsum84@yahoo.com
