Hi can you please help me change my current email i registered on Heliohost to gmail as i am planning to get rid of protonmail can you please switch my email

You actually change this yourself. To do that: Log into your account, continue to Plesk, then click on your username in the upper right of Plesk and select "Edit Profile" to change the contact email.

For your forum account, can click your username in the upper right->Account settings to change the email.
