Hi guys, I'd like to add my domain nlbarbershop.com and remove the domain you offered. I'd also like you to add the subdomain mail.nlbarbershop.com so I can use it for email in the Plesk panel, like mine (i.e., the person who signed me up for this hosting) did: giuliodinatale2006@icloud.com.
Sorry if this might be out of context, but I'm using the translator because I'm Italian.

No, I managed to do it, basically my friend who is developing my website, is also a Morty customer, and he recommended you to me, since he had an email problem that from the Plesk panel was not able to generate an SSL certificate for the email, so he had the mail subdomain activated by you, instead when he was activating all the services he succeeded, thank you very much, my friend brought me to you because he was happy with the support, and I too, I will review you on Trustpilot with 5 stars as soon as we complete the website, because right now we are very busy

Domain added. It can take 2 hours to work.

That said, there isn't really a need for this domain if you're using the recommended configuration (which is to use the server hostname morty.heliohost.org for the mail server hostname in MX records and mail clients instead of using your domain).

@MoneyBroz The mail subdomain is actually available. I believe that one being reserved is actually a relic of the cPanel era, as Plesk doesn't use it for anything by default. It's webmail that's reserved in Plesk, and even then it only matters if the user actually enables that function.

Just to update on this, in order for that mail subdomain to work for email, you need to turn the Cloudflare Proxy off on it. Also, be sure the record is an A record pointed to 65.19.154.94. It will not work for mail service if it's a CNAME to your root domain or if the proxy is turned on.

Hi, the website isn't working. The main website's HTML page works, but when I log in to Easy Appointments, which I installed on the server, it gives me an error 500. I tried logging in to Plesk

My friend, who also installed Easy Appointments on his server, has the same problem. He asked me to try it before installing it on mine, but he can't log in to his control panel either.

Apparently it seems to be a problem related to the database that goes to write to the temporary folder /tmp, and it fails so the entire database of the server is down, same thing when I try to access from heliohost directly, which tells me that the credentials are incorrect, and I hope it is a problem related to the database and not that you have suspended my account, also because you would have no reason to terminate it, if not for the accesses from giuliodinatale2006@icloud.com and lombardonicolo49@gmail.com with the same ip address, but it is because my friend is developing my website and we are also together at the moment

That error is usually on our side and is usually caused by /tmp being full... thanks for reporting it, we'll look into it and get it cleaned up.
