SMTPmart vs Brevo which is the best SMTP server

I have received two suggestions for SMTP servers - SMTPmart and Brevo. I’m a bit confused about which one is better for sending marketing emails and bulk emails. Can anyone please guide me on which SMTP server is more reliable and easier to use? Your suggestions will really help.
