phpMyAdmin's import feature isn't working

I'm trying to import my data (exported as .sql from another service I use) into my mysql database on heliohost. The fikesize is about 11mb.

I get the page/form to select my data, but upon choosing my file from my computer and clicking clicking "Import", I hit a dead page (unavailable): https://johnny.heliohost.org/phpMyAdmin/index.php?route=/import

Any help? Thanks. 

Ps: I've also tried using the plesk import feature. It doesn't work either as shown in my screenshot below

Does it work with a smaller database file?

I've seen that happen on Johnny when the import times out.

I never retried with PhpMyAdmin, but I just ziped the SQL into a 2mb file, and successfully imported it using Plesk.
