[Solved] Account creation in progress for over 2 hours

Hi, I got an account today on Johnny, but Account creation has been in progress for over 2 hours. 

Will you please look into this when you get a chance.

Yeah that can happen at times. If the server is experiencing high load, account creations (and maintenance tasks like inactivity notices/suspensions) are delayed until the load goes back down.
