I am requesting the unsuspension of the Helioho account registered under the email address jeanelleegalasinao@gmail.com.

I believe the issue may have been caused by two users accessing the same account, which might have triggered an error or problem. As a result, both my account and web domain have become inaccessible.

You're suspended for multiple accounts. Users are only allowed to have one account. The other account in this pair has already been kept per the request in this topic: https://helionet.org/index/topic/64718-solved-request-for-account-unsuspension/ 

Can you explain why you were seen logging into 2 accounts?

I let a friend of mine use the account temporarily to upload files and help fix the website. If there’s anything I can do to have the account unsuspended, without affecting any user or anyone, I am ready to take the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
