However, your primary reason for suspension is multiple accounts. Users are only allowed to have one account. Can you explain why we are seeing indications that at least 3 other accounts might belong to you? Quote

Our recommendation is that you not use a VPN if possible... if you do, and your connection happens to share a VPN exit server with any other user, all of the accounts accessed through the VPN will get suspended. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to work again. Quote
